Terms and Conditions​

Booking process:

  1.  All available slots are based on a first-come-first-served basis.
  2.  Minimum 3 balls to confirm a flight.  Remaining slot subject to Ball match.
  3.  All public golfers require a Keppel Guest ID to make a booking. Registerhere for your Guest ID.
  4.  All golfers must own a valid handicap / Keppel PC to tee off.  In the absence of a valid handicap or Keppel PC, golfers are subject to a swing test.  Fee for a swing test applies.
  5.  All golfers’ full names and handicaps / Keppel PC must be fully and accurately furnished.   
  6.  All golfers must have golfer’s insurance coverage to play at Keppel Club.   Golfers without own insurance will be auto charged $5 for golfer’s insurance coverage.
  7.  Booking is deemed successful when all required fees are fully paid.

 

Check-in process:

  1.  All golfers must arrive at least 30 minutes before tee-off timing.
  2.  All public golfers are required to check in at the self-check-in kiosk for your golf bag tag and changing room access pass.  Note: to check in, a physical Singapore identity card is required for Singapore citizen / PR or a passport for foreigner.
  3.  All golfers must produce official identification and valid official handicap / PC at check-in and/or at Starter point before tee-off.
  4.  Golfers who are unable to produce an official handicap / Keppel PC will not be allowed to play.  No refund of all fees paid.  

 

Changes to the golf booking:

  1.  Change of main booker and/or tee off time will be considered as a cancelled booking.  No refund of all fees paid.
  2.  Change of golfers (Ball 2, 3 & 4) except for main booker is allowed.  1stchange attempt is free.  Subsequent change attempt at a fee of $20 each time.
  3.  Cut off time for change of golfers (Ball 2, 3 & 4) is 72 hours from play date.   Any changes made less than 72 hours from the play date, no refund on all fees paid.
  4.  Top up is required to cover for price difference based on golfer’s category.  Golfers need to settle full payment to cover for any price difference at Customer Service counter.  (to confirm with Eunice on top up process on CMS).No refund for vice versa.

 

Refund Policy:

  1.  No refund of any fees paid if any golfer failed to comply to terms and condition as stated above including Keppel Club’s By-Law.
  2.  No refund of all fees paid for no show or cancellation.
  3.  Request for fee waiver may be considered under special circumstances such as medical reason.  Supporting documentation proof is required.  Complete form and email to golfadmin@keppelclub.com.sg within 7 days from playdate.  Form is also available on Keppel website under Golf / Forms.
  4.  Refund decision by Keppel Club is final.
